Haynes and Boone, LLP New York Partner Greg Kramer and Houston Partner Simin Sun led a team representing Rockit Pest in the acquisition of Future Services for an undisclosed price. The transaction closed Aug. 8.
Based in Columbia, S.C., Rockit Pest said the acquisition of Loganville, Ga.-based Future Services is in line with a longstanding strategic goal.
“The greater Atlanta market has been a focus area for us since our founding given the tremendous economic growth in the region and our desire to build a scaled, best-in-class pest control company in the Southeast. Future Services provides the foundation for building scale and density in that region with the talented team joining us today,” Ryan Bradbury, CEO of Rockit Pest, said in a press release, adding: “Future Services adds density to our extensive South Carolina operation and expands our footprint into two important new markets, Florida and Georgia.”
As co-chair of Haynes Boone’s New York Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group, Kramer counsels private equity and venture capital funds in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and alternative lending.
A partner in the firm’s Houston office, Sun helps clients with complex mergers and acquisitions both on the buyer and seller side, especially those that contain a technology or international component and corporate securities matters.
