Biography

Eli is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Eli’s practice focuses on corporate law, private and public mergers and acquisitions, and other complex domestic and international transactions for clients in a variety of industries, including in the technology, building products, construction materials, manufacturing, insurance and professional services sectors.
