Haynes Boone Advises Infrastructure Services Group LLC in Sale to Azuria Corporation

Haynes Boone represented Infrastructure Services Group (ISG) LLC in its sale to Azuria Corporation, a leader in infrastructure maintenance, rehabilitation and technology-enabled water solutions.

The acquisition encompasses ISG’s partner companies: Mr. Rehab LLC, Green Mountain Pipeline Services LLC and Inland Waters LLC. The companies will join Azuria’s portfolio with the same employees and facilities in place.
