Parkview is a leading dental services organization that supports 22 dental practices in Southwest Florida, providing both general dentistry and specialty dental services. The investment will accelerate the Company's expansion in Florida's $9 billion dental services market.
The Haynes Boone team advised Cathay Capital in negotiating and documenting the acquisition and debt financing for the transaction.
