Cody Cravens represents national and regional banks, private capital funds and other financial institutions in connection with a variety of commercial and corporate finance transactions, including asset-based and cash flow lending, senior secured debt financing, real estate financing, portfolio acquisition, equity financing and other forms of debt. He has experience advising lenders and commercial borrowers in negotiating and structuring secured financing transactions, including term loans, revolving loans, swing loans and letters of credit.
