
Cody Cravens
Cody Cravens is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. Cody primarily negotiates and structures corporate financing transactions on behalf of financial institutions acting as both lenders and borrowers. Cody has represented national and regional banks, private capital funds providers and other financial institutions as lenders in a variety of financing arrangements, including asset-based and cash flow lending, senior secured debt financing, real estate financing, portfolio acquisition, middle market financing, equity financing and other forms of debt. Private equity firms, corporate entities and other borrower entities seek Cody’s counsel to obtain senior or subordinated financing, through syndicated and single bank loan facilities, acquisition financings and other borrower structures.
