Ashley Schneider
Biography
Ashley Schneider advises real estate owners, developers, and capital providers on commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on borrower-side financing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and tax incentive matters at the city, county, and state levels. She regularly works on mortgage and construction loans, purchase and sale transactions, and investment structures that support both stabilized assets and development projects. She also represents lenders on multi-property portfolio loans and has experience negotiating tax incentive agreements across the state of Texas.
Ashley is highly effective at managing complex transaction details, coordinating diligence, and supporting negotiations across multiple workstreams, including the integration of financing and tax incentive programs into overall deal structures. She is known for her strong technical skills, responsiveness, and client-focused approach, and plays an integral role in helping transactions move efficiently from structuring through closing.

- Represented a developer in the disposition of multiple single-asset and portfolio industrial properties located in Florida, Indiana Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.
- Represented a Canadian developer in the refinance of a $1.2 billion loan secured by 18 multi-family properties.
- Represented a large national bank in the refinance of a $150 million loan secured by 22 grocery-store-anchored shopping centers across the Midwest United States.
- Represented a major real estate developer in the sale of multiple tracts of land to homebuilders for the development of single-family homes.
- Represented one of the largest wireless carriers in the United States in connection with a structured sale-leaseback of underutilized central office facilities and the asset transfer of over 70 properties across the country, encompassing over 13 million square feet of space.
- Represented a joint venture, as borrower, in connection with a securitized mortgage and mezzanine loan secured by a portfolio of multifamily assets located throughout the United States, in an aggregate amount of more than $1 billion.
