Biography

Ashley Schneider advises real estate owners, developers, and capital providers on commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on borrower-side financing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and tax incentive matters at the city, county, and state levels. She regularly works on mortgage and construction loans, purchase and sale transactions, and investment structures that support both stabilized assets and development projects. She also represents lenders on multi-property portfolio loans and has experience negotiating tax incentive agreements across the state of Texas.

Ashley is highly effective at managing complex transaction details, coordinating diligence, and supporting negotiations across multiple workstreams, including the integration of financing and tax incentive programs into overall deal structures. She is known for her strong technical skills, responsiveness, and client-focused approach, and plays an integral role in helping transactions move efficiently from structuring through closing.
