Dillon Sebasco is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Austin Office.

Dillon’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and emerging companies and venture capital. She represents and advises public companies, private companies and funds on corporate transactions at all stages, including entity formation, venture capital financings, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other corporate matters.

  • Represented one of the nation’s largest oil pipeline systems in the sale of its multi-state refined products terminals.

  • Represented a leading energy and infrastructure company in several private placements of over $1.25 billion of senior notes in total.
