One of Haynes Boone’s M&A transactions won the Food & Beverage Deal of the Year at the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston’s eighth annual Deal of the Year Awards.
The firm represented Mama Lycha Foods in a sell-side private equity M&A and investment transaction with Rotunda Capital. This strategic investment will position Mama Lycha for accelerated growth as it continues to bring authentic Latin American flavors to customers across the U.S. and Canada.

Nominations were evaluated based on transaction value range, industry focus and type of transaction, as well as anecdotal commentary on what makes the deal unique.
