Shu Shu Wong

Shu Shu Wong is a counsel in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources Practice Group in the London office of Haynes Boone.

Her practice focuses on the energy (including renewables and oil and gas) and construction sectors, particularly on the structuring and execution of joint ventures and equity investments and disposals of companies and assets throughout the energy chain. She is also experienced in the drafting and negotiation of engineering and construction contracts, including professional appointments and associated agreements. 

Shu Shu has been involved in a range of international projects transactions, including major government projects, across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. She is a regular contributing author to a number of industry journals and her articles have recently been published in Energy Voice, Law360, NS Energy, the Journal of World Energy Law & Business and Offshore Energy Today.
