Represented the lead arranger in the negotiation of a $150 million senior secured revolving credit facility. The credit facility aids the borrower’s capital expenditures (including acquisitions), working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes. The proceeds will be utilized to operate and maintain midstream water services in New Mexico and Texas.
