Hedge Intercreditors – Problems and Solutions
The market for non-lender hedge providers for reserve based credit facilities is growing, creating challenges for producers, lenders and hedge providers who are adapting documents that may be ill-suited for this purpose. These documents create complex issues, and fast-paced transactions often do not afford participants the luxury of time to think through them. This seminar will start with the basics, but also include more nuanced issues.
