Haynes Boone Earns M&A Mid-Market Award

April 11, 2022

The Global M&A Network, sponsor of the M&A Atlas Awards, selected a transaction handled by Haynes and Boone, LLP as one of the mid-market deals of the year.

Earthstone Energy Inc’s acquisition of Permian Basin operator Chisholm Energy Holdings LLC, in a cash-and-stock transaction worth over $600 million, was selected as the Small & Mid-Market Energy Deal of the Year.

Earthstone was represented by a Haynes Boone deal team that included Partner and Co-Chair of the Oil and Gas Practice Group Austin Elam, Partner Kim Mai, and Associate Camie Carlock.
