Haynes Boone represented Galaxy Digital in the structuring and launch of Galaxy Premium Yield, an investment product for accredited investors. Galaxy Premium Yield is a key product of GalaxyOne, a new platform designed to unify digital asset trading, traditional equities and high-yield cash offerings for U.S. accredited and retail investors.
The Haynes Boone team was led by Finance Partner Matthew Frankle and included Partners Alexander Grishman, Bruce Newsome and Madelyn Calabrese. The team advised on the regulatory strategy and offering documentation, drawing on experience across structured finance, digital assets, securities regulation and broker-dealer compliance to ensure a streamlined launch.
“This launch reflects the growing demand for investment opportunities generally available to institutional investors, but tailored for individuals who are accredited investors,” Frankle said. “We were pleased to help Galaxy navigate the complex regulatory and structural landscape to deliver an innovative product that positions them competitively in the evolving wealth management space.”
“Our work on Galaxy Premium Yield reflects Haynes Boone’s unique ability to advise on cutting-edge financial products in the changing regulatory landscape for fintech clients and their customers,” Grishman added. “Our cross-disciplinary team and approach bring together leaders from HB who partner with our clients to continue the evolution of financial offerings.”
