Haynes Boone has been recognized as one of the country’s top 10 patent prosecution firms in LexDana’s “2026 Patent Prosecution Report.” The firm ranked as the second best-performing patent prosecution firm in both the high-tech sector and overall patent prosecution performance, reflecting its continued rise as a national leader in patent strategy and innovation protection.
In addition to the firmwide recognition, nine Haynes Boone attorneys were individually honored for their activity and performance in patent prosecution. Among them, Patent Trials and Licensing Practice Group Chair David O’Dell earned a standout distinction, ranking number two in overall patent prosecution performance in the United States, based on LexDana’s evaluation of nearly 10,000 attorneys.
