Jennifer Lee
Biography
Jennifer Lee is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at Haynes Boone's New York office. Jennifer represents buyers, sellers, developers, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and joint venture investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, financing matters, and leasing transactions across a variety of asset classes.
Jennifer is actively involved in pro bono work, with a focus on expanding access to legal services for underserved communities. Her pro bono experience includes assisting veterans with discharge upgrades, representing low‑income individuals in uncontested divorce matters, and conducting know‑your‑rights presentations for small business tenants. She also supports nonprofit organizations by advising on mortgage loans, development rights transfers, and leasing matters.
