Benchmark Litigation ranked Haynes and Boone’s Insurance Recovery Practice Group among the leading insurance practices nationwide in 2021. Additionally, Haynes and Boone is listed as a recommended firm in Texas.
For the 2021 edition of Benchmark Litigation U.S., researchers conducted extensive interviews with litigators and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms. During these client and peer interviews, researchers examined recent casework handled by law firms and individual litigators and asked litigators to offer their professional opinions on peers.
The 2021 report recognizes nine Haynes and Boone lawyers:
Barry Buchman, partner in the Insurance Recovery Practice Group, was named a Litigation Star and a National Practice Area Star for Insurance.
Nina Cortell, partner in the firm’s Appellate Practice Group, was named a Litigation Star and listed among the Top 250 Women in Litigation.
Russ Emerson, partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group, was named a Litigation Star.
Lynne Liberato, partner in the firm’s Appellate Practice Group, was named a Litigation Star.
