Haynes Boone advised Great Plains Transportation Services, Inc. and Partners Funding, Inc. in their sale to Scale Bank. Great Plains and Partners Funding focus on providing factoring services to trucking companies.

Great Plains was founded in 1995 by Jan Bosma and Sherri DeJong, who added Partners Funding in 2006. Great Plains’ and Partners Funding’s current customer base, along with their teams of dedicated professionals, are part of the acquisition.
