Haynes Boone Continues Rapid London Growth with Addition of Tax Partner Alexandra Ueno-Park

June 1, 2026

Haynes Boone has welcomed Alexandra Ueno-Park as a partner in its London office, further expanding the firm’s international platform and enhancing its capabilities in complex tax matters as the office continues a period of rapid strategic growth. Ueno-Park is the fourth partner to join Haynes Boone in London in the last six weeks, following Real Estate Partner Angus Ford, International Arbitration Partner Philipp Kurek and Fund Finance Partner Jeremy Cross.

Ueno-Park joins Haynes Boone to help lead the continued expansion of the London office’s full-service transactional capabilities. Her arrival marks a significant step in the firm’s global growth strategy, allowing clients to access integrated tax advice alongside the London office’s existing corporate, finance, real estate, fund finance and disputes capabilities.

Ueno-Park will establish and lead the firm’s UK tax practice, expanding the firm’s ability to support clients on multijurisdictional transactions and strategic business matters spanning the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and the United States. The addition of Ueno-Park builds upon Haynes Boone’s established Tax Practice Group in the United States and Mexico, where lawyers advise clients on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters tied to M&A, investment funds, real estate, restructuring, private wealth and cross-border transactions.

“Alexandra’s arrival is another important milestone in the continued growth of our London office,” said Nick Davis, managing partner of Haynes Boone’s London office. “As our platform continues to expand, adding a highly regarded tax partner with Alexandra’s breadth of experience enhances our ability to provide clients with seamless, commercially focused counsel across a broad range of transactions and matters. She is an excellent fit for our collaborative culture and long-term vision.”

Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Ueno-Park built and led a tax practice at a UK national law firm after previously serving in senior roles at international law and professional services firms, including Deloitte, White & Case and Ernst & Young. Her background spans both private practice and in-house legal leadership roles, giving her a commercially driven perspective that aligns closely with clients’ business objectives.

Ueno-Park brings extensive experience advising clients on UK and cross-border tax matters across a wide range of industries and transactions. Her practice includes corporate tax, private equity and M&A structuring, real estate tax matters, VAT and indirect tax, employment tax, stamp taxes and international tax planning. She regularly advises private equity-backed portfolio companies, privately owned businesses and family offices on strategic growth, restructuring and value-creation initiatives.

“I was drawn to Haynes Boone because of the firm’s collaborative culture, entrepreneurial mindset and clear commitment to strategic growth,” said Ueno-Park. “Tax touches virtually every business transaction, and I look forward to working closely with colleagues across the office and firmwide to help clients navigate complex issues in a practical, business-focused way.”

Ueno-Park is the ninth partner to join in London since the beginning of 2025, further cementing Haynes Boone’s long-term commitment to the UK market and positioning the firm to capitalize on increasing demand across Europe and beyond. She is also deeply committed to mentoring junior lawyers and fostering the next generation of tax professionals, having recently been recognized as a finalist for the Tolley’s Taxation Awards 2026 and the Inspirational Women in Law Awards 2025, and named to the Kindness & Leadership Leading Lights 50 in 2025.

Haynes Boone’s London office continues to build momentum following its relocation to a larger space in the City of London at the end of 2025 to support continued growth. Now in its second decade, the office has expanded both headcount and capabilities while driving increased deal activity across key practice areas, including real estate, finance and energy.
