NextGen Healthcare is a software and services company based in Atlanta, Ga., that develops and sells electronic health record (EHR) software and practice management systems to the healthcare industry, while QSIDental is a cloud-based dental practice management software solution. The acquisition also includes QSIDental Web®.
Planet DDS, a leading provider of cloud-based dental software, announced the acquisition on Aug. 11, saying the move reinforces Planet DDS’s commitment to offer cloud-based solutions to help dental practices navigate and uncover new opportunities.
