A Haynes and Boone, LLP deal team served as legal counsel to Penta Operating, LLC, in the sale of a number of Jack’s Convenience Stores and an oil change and car wash to an affiliate of Monfort Companies.

Jack’s Convenience Stores sold eight petroleum marketing and convenience retail stores and one Jack’s Lube & Wash oil change and car wash location to an affiliate of Monfort Companies, a Denver, Colorado-based investment management company. The acquired stores are located in the West Texas markets of Midland, San Angelo and Abilene.
