Haynes Boone has been recognized for the fourth straight year as one of Texas’s leading firms for mergers and acquisitions in The Texas Lawbook’s 2025 Corporate Deal Tracker, earning top placements across both Texas‑led and Texas‑related categories.
The firm secured the fourth spot in Texas‑led deals with 81 transactions – up from 73 last year – and ranked ninth in total deal value at $13.65 billion. In the broader Texas‑related category, the firm saw 91 deals at a valuation of $14.9 billion.

- Nabors Industries on its $600 million sale of Quail Tools
